The Silverado ZR2 is Chevrolet’s answer to off-roading, and it’s been a big hit since its release. But for some drivers, the ZR2 doesn’t quite provide the off-roading capabilities they’re looking for in a truck. To remedy that, Chevy is introducing the Silverado ZR2 Bison. This truck was designed to unlock new heights in off-road capability. So, if you want to learn more, keep reading or visit Chevrolet of Fayetteville today.

Highlights of the ZR2 Bison

The Chevy ZR2 Bison is created in collaboration with American Expedition Vehicles. By building off the success of the recent Silverado ZR2, the ZR2 Bison will be designed to offer the best in off-roading capabilities. With rocker protection, unique skid plates, custom front bumper, and more, this truck will have plenty to offer upon its release.

Compared to the 2022 Silverado ZR2, the Bison special edition is expected to feature improved stats. The front approach angle is increased from 31.8 to 32.5 degrees. The departure angle improved from 23.3 to an estimated 23.4 degrees. And both trucks are expected to share the same ground clearance at 11.2 inches.

Other unique features will continue to bolster this ruck’s resume. The standard features are a 6.2-liter 420-hp V8 engine, front and rear e-lockers, and a three-piece steel front bumper. This model will also feature specific off-road chassis and suspension calibrations, including Terrain Mode, which allows one-pedal rock crawling.
