I’ve been bringing vehicles to Chevrolet of Fayetteville for several years, and every interaction I’ve had with Kolby Eiland has been excellent. He’s always genuine, respectful, and professional, regardless of who he’s helping. He treats people well, listens, communicates clearly, and somehow manages to handle everyone’s personalities, questions, complaints, dad jokes, and quirks with patience and grace. Honestly, he’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. Good customer service is hard to find, and Kolby consistently provides it. I hope he’s appreciated by both management and his coworkers because employees like him make a lasting difference in the customer experience.

It was the fastest experience of buying a car that I have been apart of. Kendall did a great job listening to us, helping but not being pushy.

I went for a key replacement. I had called to inquire for the price before towing my car there, and was quoted $110 for which I ended up paying $338. I was lied to, and felt extorted and cheated because I had an option of $160 that I ignore.
