Every time I called to get information no one answered phones. I texted, same, no answer. The only way to get an answer was by email and answers were incomplete. No sense of urgency, no customer centric, really bad customer service.

I had a flat tire, at the end of the work day and received a text notice and took it to the service dept. They aired and checked the tires and verified a problem with one tire and told me I can come back the next morning. It was repaired first thing the next morning with a patch. What could have been a big hassle was a tiny glitch thanks to the service department employees!
